Our Approach

We do not believe in “one size fits all” approach as our GIE-CEC “Develop, Design & Build” model (whether it's solar PV/CSP/thermal, biomass/WTE/Agri or H2 fueled GTCC/IGCC platform) is quite flexible, resilient and adaptable to any power producing applications and will meet any of our customer’s specifications and requirements in order to produce a win-win renewable energy platform in an economically beneficial manner and environmentally sound and responsible fashion.

ECONOMIC BENEFITS

  • Locked-in cost-competitive energy rate structure which will help our customers avoid having to experience high sticker-shock impact of utility electrical bills on a long-term basis and will also include federal investment tax credits (for using solar applications) that will greatly improve the customer's bottom-line.
  • Independence and freedom from the monopolistic and predatory local utility firm.
  • Provide much-needed certainty/long-term economic stability to our client’s business model and their respective bottom-line.

ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS

  • Our GIE-CEC is a clean, sustainable and efficient source of energy, and approaching “zero” carbon foot-print by incorporating carbon capture, sequestration and storage technology/facility for biomass and H2 applications.
  • Improved public health and environmental quality.

OTHER BENEFITS

  • Renewable applications (and Solar PV in particular combined with an energy storage system in a Micro-Grid Module Configuration) significantly improves localized energy security and substantially mitigates and, in most cases, eliminates any external threats to the T&D Network that result in cascading/rolling blackouts and unplanned outages.
  • At the request of our clients, we can include a state-of-the-art battery storage facility into our solar PV systems to ensure the provision of base-load electric capacity.
  • Building and operating GIE-CEC’s will create good local “green” jobs and more money will stay in the local economy.
